For right or left hand, this wrist support has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around the wrist. Adjust to fit 4.5 - 9.5 in 11.4 - 24.1 cm.

To Wear: 

Insert thumb into loop with smooth side of the material against skin.

Wrap support over the top of wrist.

Bring support under the wrist and back around the top of wrist.

Secure hook fastener.

Adjust support until if fits firmly, yet comfortably

  Close fastener prior to washing. Wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry.

Do not

machine wash,

tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.
